Participants will enjoy four hours of guided shooting time, carefully scheduled to capture the most beautiful natural light of the day.
A catered vendor meal will also be provided during the event.
Image Contribution
Because this styled shoot is made possible through the collaboration of talented vendors, participating photographers will be asked to contribute back to the creative team.
Each photographer will submit a minimum of 10 edited images within 30 days of the event.
These images will be uploaded to a shared gallery so participating vendors can use them for their portfolios and marketing while properly crediting the photographers.
This ensures that everyone involved in the creative process benefits from the imagery created during the shoot.
Limited Photographer Spots
To maintain a quality shooting experience, only 14 photographer spots are available for this styled shoot.
Keeping the group small allows photographers to move comfortably between scenes, capture details they want, and photograph the models without overcrowding.
Once the available spots are filled, registration will close.
